I'm a year 8 pupil and I am doing a project at school where I have been given £10 and have been challenged to run a business and make as much money as possible.

 

I love cooking and have decided to make cakes  for my business. Whenever I bake for my family and friends they always love my cakes and every batch is made carefully, by hand to make sure they are more delicious than the last ones!

 

​To start with I will be making fairy cakes and 'School Cake' tray bakes and will look to expand the cakes available in the future, with other specialities such as 'Crumble Cakes', 'Chocolate Brownies' and 'Chocolate Dipped Shortbread'.
